You will be cooking a hole 4-course Mexican dinner in our kitchen. Also, you will learn how to make hand-made tortillas, a hot sauce and a traditional soft drink.
After the 3-hour class we will have dinner along with a tequila/mezcal drink or beer.
I will buy all the ingredients, you just have to bring your apron. A booklet with all the recipes is included in the price.
The number of people taking the class with you may vary between 2 and 4.

This month we will be preparing:

– Entrée –
Plantain molote
Filled with refried beans served with morita sauce, cheese and sour cream

– Soup –
Avocado soup
Creamy and refreshing Mexican style gazpacho; served chilled

– Main –
Red pipián
Is a traditional dish from central Mexico, made with dried peppers and seeds, served with chicken or vegetables, rice and hand made tortillas (made by you!)

– Dessert –
Lime Carlota
Layered frozen cake of vanilla biscuits and creamy lime ice cream  

All the menu can be adapted for vegetarians and vegans, but we need to know in advance.
