You will be cooking a hole 4-course Mexican dinner in our kitchen. Also, you will learn how to make hand-made tortillas, a hot sauce and a traditional soft drink.
After the 3-hour class we will have dinner along with a tequila/mezcal drink or beer.
I will buy all the ingredients, you just have to bring your apron. A booklet with all the recipes is included in the price.
The number of people taking the class with you may vary between 2 and 4.
This month we will be preparing:
– Entrée –
Tlacoyos with guacamole
Thick tortilla filled with beans
– Soup –
In beans stock with guajillo, avocado and sour cream
– Main –
Grilled pork marinated in chillies
– Dessert –
Arroz con leche
Mexican rice pudding with coconut milk, lime and cinnamon
All the menu can be adapted for vegetarians and vegans, but we need to know in advance.
